This year we are proud to announce Don Kemp, of Kemp Insurance Agency, as our Hall of Fame recipient - our highest individual award we present. Don has been a past Chamber board member as well as involved in many community activities. We would like to recognize your commitment to Tuscarawas County through your public service to the City of New Philadelphia, Quaker athletics, the chamber, and the many other groups and organizations in our communities.
