Penelope, the 2 year old female Shepherd mix. This girl only has 3 legs but, what she lacks in legs, she has in heart. Penelope is a sweetheart and a love bug. Her favorite activities are belly rubs and giving kisses. Penelope does well with other dogs and can be cat tested upon request.
