Rescue truly takes a village. A HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Gnadenhutten Fire Department, Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Department, Humane Officer Jim Hitchcock, & Shelter Staff for coming together to rescue 3 kittens that were thrown off a bridge and stranded on ice.

Without Gnadenhutten Fire Department, these kittens would not of survived. The responders were able to retrieve the kittens right before the ice broke away. Kittens are now safe and getting warm at the Shelter, once cleared by the veterinarian they all 3 will be available for adoption!
