In the event of a counseling emergency, call the Crisis Center at 330-343-1811 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK.To access the TuscBDD on-call system, Dial 330-340-5882 (this is the cell phone number for the Service & Support Administrator (SSA) that is On-Call).
The on-call system should be used after normal working hours, and on holidays and weekends. TuscBDD offices will be closed on 12/23, 12/26, 12/30, and 1/2.
During normal working hours (weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), please call 330-308-7173.
