Topic: Job Accommodation Through Ergonomic StudyPresented By: Randy Peters, Job Rehab Professionals LLCRandy Peters received his Master's Degree in Work Physiology and has since obtained Certified Professional Ergonomist (C.P.E.), Certified Industrial Ergonomist (C.I.E.), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) professional certification designations.He held the 1st chair position on the Ergonomics Committee of the BWC's Ohio Safety Congress  prior to its integration into the current committee system. Mr. Peters has developed and implemented transitional work programs with an ergonomic and vocational rehabilitation focus since 1992.  His systematic, hands-on approach for returning injured workers to the work environment has culminated in the realization of safe, cost-effective dividends for both companies and their injured workers.  He has developed and provided CARF accredited "Work Hardening" rehabilitation services for southern Ohio. In his early years, Mr. Peters developed/implemented both Back and Repetitive Motion Occupational Injury Prevention programs for clients throughout the Midwest; integrating client specific ergonomic and disability management training for corporate management, front-line supervision, engineers, medical personnel and production associates, empowering them to seize control of work-place injuries for their organizations.
