Are you interested in homebrewing but want to know more before you tap in? Join Matt Proch for Homebrew 101 on Wednesday, March 16 at 6:30 PM. You will learn about beer basics, history, and world varieties and then receive an introduction to brewing beer. Mr. Proch has been homebrewing for five years. You can sample his work at Noble Creature Cask House where his Common Misconception beer is currently on tap. Registration is required; call 330-545-2508 to sign up.
