State Senator Al Landis | The Ohio Senate
State Senator Al Landis (R-Dover) recognized the Dover High School softball team in the Ohio Senate for securing the 2025 OHSAA Division III State Championship.
“It is my honor to recognize this incredible group of student-athletes in front of the Ohio Senate,” said Senator Landis. “Their hard work and dedication has resulted in an incredible accomplishment. I know that Dover High School and all of Tuscarawas County is extremely proud of this remarkable group of young ladies."
The Dover Tornadoes achieved a decisive victory with a 10-0 win over the Holland Springfield Blue Devils on June 7. Head coach Hannah Duff guided the team throughout their season.
