The Ohio Senate has approved Senate Bill 94, a legislation sponsored by State Senators Al Landis (R-Dover) and Andrew Brenner (R-Delaware), aimed at modernizing electronic records and conveyances maintained by county recorders. The bill mandates all 88 counties to digitize recorded documents dating back to 1980 and offers an option for electronic recordings related to real estate transactions by June 30, 2026.
